     Four Layer Dessert

Ingredients
First Layer-
1 C flour
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
pinch of salt
1/2 chopped pecans (optional)
Second Layer-
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
 
1 cup Cool Whip
Third Layer
2 (4 and 1/2 oz ) pkgs chocolate, butterscotch, or lemon instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
Fourth Layer
Cool Whip

Instructions
Mix first layer and pat into bottom of 9X13 pan and bake at 325 for 20 minutes (crust will turn brown) let cool before adding second layer. Beat second layer and spread evenly over cooled crust. Refrigerate for awhile. Mix third layer and spread over second layer. Spread Cool Whip evenly over top and sprinkle with chopped pecans, grated chocolate or whatever you want. Refrigerate.
