Assemble meatballs. Mix together the meat, milk, breadcrumbs,
parmesan cheese, onion powder, and eggs. Form balls and place in
freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
Place each meatball at least 1/2 in apart on a baking sheet. Bake for
30 minutes.
Boil tomatoes to peel of the skin, then in the same water, prepare
pasta. Cut tomatoes into 1 inch cubes, and put on medium high
heat and add italian seasoning and tomato paste/cornstarch. Allow
it to boil down for about 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
