|
Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and fry in frying pan with EVOO and Butter. You may need more to complete frying. Remove chicken when cooked.

After chicken is removed from frying pan, add onion and mushrooms and saute them. When they are finished add garlic to frying pan.

|
|
Add in rich chicken broth, white wine and sherry. Cook until it forms a glaze.
|
|
|
Add chicken, parsley and top with grated cheese before serving.
