Combine sugar, corn syrup, & peanut butter in large saucepan. Melt together. Add cereal and mix well until coated. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Let cool. Mix butterscotch & chocolate chips in small saucepan until melted. Pour over top of cooled bars.
