     Fettuccine in Marinaraw and Farmesan

  A nice organic red table wine!

Ingredients
2 zucchini
1 large heirloom tomato
1 deseeded red bell pepper
handful of baby carrots
2T basil/oregano/dried herbs
1 Stevia packet (optional)
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper (and/or crushed red pepper)
 
handful of raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Instructions
Fettuccine- Use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to turn your two cleaned and peeled zucchini into 2 large pasta bowls full of noodles. Yes, LARGE. You'll see. Prepare to be FULL!
Marinaraw Sauce- Mix tomato, bell pepper, carrots, and all remaining herbs/seasonings in a food processor. Leave it chunky. Time to get funky!
Farmesan Cheese- Grind, grind, grind those pepitas, Lolita!
Pour your marinaraw over your noodles. Sprinkle on your farmesan. Enjoy!
