Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon cinnamon
 
2 cups grated zuchinni
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients in order and mix well. Bake 350 for 45 minutes in greased bread pans.
