     Shannon's Sweet & Sour Chicken (Low Carb)

Ingredients
3 chicken breast cut up into bite size chunks
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup lc ketchup
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (1/4 teaspoon table salt)
3 Tablespoons Ideal brown sugar
½ tsp sf pineapple syrup
 

Instructions
Coat large skillet with oil and heat on medium. While you wait for skillet to get hot, wisk the vinegar, lc ketchup, salt, Ideal brown sugar, & sf pineapple syrup together in a bowl. When oil is hot dump in the chicken chunks and brown on all sides. When chicken is browned and cooked through add the sauce & turn off the heat and stir well. Let sit a minute or two, pour into a bowl and serve. If you want to add cut up bell peppers add them when the chicken is almost done browning and cooking so they do not get mushy.
