Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken
for 4 hours. Combine the coating ingredients in a
bowl and mix to combine. Pull the chicken out of
the marinade and roll each piece in the coating in
the bowl and set aside. Heat oil on medium and
cook the chicken bites and brown the chicken on
all sides in batches and drain on paper towels.
Combine sauce ingredients and serve.
