|
1) Preheat the oven to 120°C. Line an oven tray with baking tray. Use an electric mixer to beat the eggwhites in a clean bowl until soft peaks form. add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well between each addition. Continue beating until the sugar is disolved and the mix is glossy. Add half of the vanilla essence and all of the corn flour to the mix and use a metal spoon to fold until combined.

2) spoon mixture onto the tray into 4 even piles. Use a knife to smooth the top

3) Bake for 1 hour or until dry on the surface. Turn oven off and set aside for 1 hour or until room temperature.

|
|
4) Place pavlovas onto plates. and top with any topping of your choice
eg. Cream and fruits ect.
