     Beef Tips (Crockpot)

Ingredients
1 onion sliced
8 oz mushrooms
2 TBSP Olive oil
1 pound sirloin steak, cut in strips
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dry red wine
2 1/2 cups beef broth
2 TBSP cornstarch plus 1/4 cup water
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Put onions and mushrooms in crockpot. Heat oil in skillet, season meat and sear for about 3 minutes. Place meat in crockpot, deglaze skillet with small amount of wine. Add to crockpot. Add rest of ingredient except cornstarch and water to crockpot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Make cornstarch slurry and add to thicken up gravy. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes
