     Presbyterian Patience Cake

Ingredients
Filling- 2 c. fresh or frozen coconut
16oz carton sour cream
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill 24 hours
1 box yellow butter cake mix
8oz Cool Whip or more if preferred
 
2 c. coconut, fresh or frozen

Instructions
Prepare cake as directed on box. Bake in two 9-inch round cake pans. Cool cakes and split each layer in half. Place one layer, split side up and spread with filling. Repeat with remaining layers. Frost cake with cool whip and cover with coocnut. Cover cake and chill for 5 days. WORTH THE PATIENCE, PREDESTINED TO BE GOOD!!!
