8 c. chopped potatoes OR 1 BIG bag of frozen Hash Browns
1 onion chopped
1/2 lb. bacon cooked crisp, crumbled
2- 14 oz. cans of chicken broth
1- can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Mix soup, broth, cream cheese together well, (if it
isn't mixed well the cream cheese tends to get
lumpy). Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook in
the Crockpot on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 5-7
hours.
