     Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 t. salt
dash of white pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 t. dry mustard
 

Instructions
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in salt, pepper, dry mustard and cheese.
