Ingredients
Everything must be cold!
2 cup Flour
2 sticks of butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
¼ cup ice water.
 

Instructions
Pulse everything in a food processor while adding the water slowly just until it sticks to sides – it won’t look like it is mixed up enough. Dump into saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. Lightly flour board and roll to shape – don’t overwork it!
