     Allison’s Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
1 T butter
1 T flour
1 cup milk
Pepper to taste
2/3 cup of cheddar cheese (sharp)
1 12 oz package of macaroni elbows (boil according to directions)
 

Instructions
Heat butter in a sauce pan and mix in flour to make rue. Gradually ad in milk and boil for 2 minutes or until it starts getting thick. Season with pepper and add cheese. If too thick, add milk. If too thin boil more. When you have the cheese sauce at the right consistency, add the macaroni. Serve and enjoy!
