Cook beef and onion, drain well. Add tomatoes, soup and garlic. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add macaroni, cour cream and cream cheese. Stir well. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and cook at 350 for 30 minutes. After doing this reciepe for years I have found that you can make this in a large skillet and then you can add the cheese at the end and you do not need to bake it at all. just sprinkle cheese on top and put the lid on the skillet. What until the cheese melts and then serve. This makes a large amount so if I were making it for 2 people I would cut the reciepe in half. It will give you alittle for left overs too. Also I always add more garlic --)
