     Oven Baked Brisket

Ingredients
4-6 lb brisket (trimmed)
Brisket rub is 1/2 tsp garlic salt, 1/2 tsp onion salt and
1/2 tsp celery salt
4 oz bottle liquid smoke (3 tbsp for sauce)
Sauce is 2 c ketchup, 1/2 c vinegar, 3 tbsp liquid smoke
and 1/2 c Worcestershire Sauce
 

Instructions
Place brisket in Dutch oven. Sprinkle with spices and coat generously with liquid smoke. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Set oven at 250. Make sauce and bring ingredients to boil. Simmer until sugar dissolves. Discard marinade. Coat brisket with sauce. Cover with foil and bake 5-6 hours.
