Heat oven to 375. Unroll crust into 9 inch glass pie plate. Prick bottom of crust with fork and bake for 8 minutes or until very lightly browned.
Layer cheese, artichokes and bacon in crust. In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper with wisk. Pour over artichokes.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes - let stand 5 minutes before serving.
