14 oz can hearts of palm (not salad cuts), drained
|

1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
|

1/4 cup coursley chopped cilantro
|
|
1 TBSP fresh lime juice
|

1 TBSP olive oil
|

1/4 tsp salt
|
|
3/4 tsp fresh ly ground black pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
Thinly slice hearts of palm on diagonal and put in colander with
sliced onion. Rinse well and pat dry.

Put in bowl and toss with remaining ingredients.
