Put all ingredients in a glass jar, cover tightly and shake well.
Store in refrigerator.
Adjust to your liking - try balsalmic vinegar for more sweetness, or
more olive oil and less vegetable oil (as long as the proportion is
1/4 C vinegar to 3/4 cup oil.)
