     Buttermilk Panna Cotta

Ingredients
2 tblsps warm water
1 1/2 teases powdered gelatine
1 cup (250 ml) single pouring cream
1/2 cup (110 gr caster (superfine) sugar
2 teasps vanilla extract
2 cups (500ml) buttermilk
Fresh passion fruit pulp to serve
 

Instructions
1. Place the water in a small bowl and sprinkle over the gelatine. 2. Set aside until the gelatine has absorbed into the water.
3. Place the cream & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat & stir to dissolve the sugar. 4. Add the gelatine and stir to dissolve.
5. Remove from heat &'stir through the vanilla & buttermilk. 6. Pour mixture into 4 pretty glasses bad refrigerate for 3 hours until set.
Alternatively make a coulis from strawberries, dragon fruit, mango or any preferred fruit.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with the passion fruit pulp on top an an extra dollop of cream
