1. Place the water in a small bowl and sprinkle over the
gelatine.
2. Set aside until the gelatine has absorbed into the water.

3. Place the cream & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat
& stir to dissolve the sugar.
4. Add the gelatine and stir to dissolve.

|
5. Remove from heat &'stir through the vanilla & buttermilk.
6. Pour mixture into 4 pretty glasses bad refrigerate for 3
hours until set.

|
Alternatively make a coulis from strawberries, dragon fruit,
mango or any preferred fruit.
