Ingredients
4 1/2 oz. Can Black Olives, chopped
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 C. Green Olives with pimientos, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 C. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
1/4 C. fresh Italian Parsley, minced
1 Crusty French Baguette
 

Instructions
In medium bowl, stir together black and green olives, Parmesan cheese, butter, olive oil and garlic until well blended. Stir in Monterey jack cheese and parsley. Heat broiler. Cut baguette into 24 thin slices. Arrange bread slices on baking sheets and spread some of the olive mixture on each. Broil 3-4 minutes, or until bread is toasted at edges and olivita is bubbly. Makes 4-6 servings.
