Mix sugar and corn syrup in medium pan. Heat until sugar dissolve and mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
Stir in cereal.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper or foil. Let stand 10 minutes until firm enough to eat.
