     Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 cups sugar
4 eggs (WIC food)
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin (WIC food)
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
 
1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
MIx above ingredients, put in 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
