Preheat a large non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Lightly coat with spray. Whisk eggs and whites, cinnamon and splenda in mixing bowl. Pour mixture into pan. Cook for a couple of minutes until the top of the mixture begins to bubble. Cook for 1 minute until bottom is golden brown. Flip omlet and cook until other side is golden brown. Transfer omet to plate. Mix cottage cheese, fruit and nuts goether and place half of mixture onto omlet. Fold omlet to cover contents. Garnish with yogurt
