Heat oven to 425
Use 9x9x2 in pan
Rinse frozen peas and carrots in cold water. Drain
Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour, onion, salt and pepper, cook
stirring constantly till mixture is bubble; remove
from heat. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to
boiling stirring constantly. It will thicken.
Stir in chicken and peas and carrots. Remove from
heat.
Pour mixture into pan
Make pastry. Place pastry over top of mixture.
Place on top of a drip pan. Bake 35 min till
golden brown.
