     Orange Nut Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
1 whole orange with peel ground up
1 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 to 2 tsp lemon juice maybe more
 
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 baking power
1 tsp soda
pecans
Instructions
Blend together and put in pans - makes 5 pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Frost with orange frosting using orange juice and a little rind.
