     Rachie's Super Power Chocolate Chip cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup of oat flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c spelt flour (any variation of non white flour will do)
1 heaping scoop vanilla protein powder
2 T ground flaxseed
2 T wheat germ
1 T fiber powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
 
1 teaspoon salt
1 c (2 sticks) butter softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 c (12-oz bag) dark chocolate morsals (save 1/2 c to put on top before baking)
1/2 c crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F. COMBINE flours, protein powder, flaxseed, wheat germ, fiber powder, baking soda and salt in bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Put in fridge for a bit to make it easier to form. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE for 8 minutes. cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
