Ingredients
2- 11 Ounce cans Mexican Corn- drained
1- 10 ounce can of RoTel- drained
2 cups shredded Parmigian cheese
2 cups shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1-1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise- enough to coat mixture
 

Instructions
preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix and combine ingredients except Mayonnaise, in a 9 X 13 casserole dish. Coat mixture with Mayonnaise after mixing
Cook approximately 40 minutes or until top is browned and bubbling around edges.
Serving Suggestions
Use as a dip. Serve with Tostitos or Scoops corn chips
