Mix first three ingredients and put into baking dish.
Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Blend
cream cheese and sugar, fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over pretzels. Dissolve Jello in boiling
water, add thawed strawberries. Pour over pretzel
mixture and let cool in refrigerator for 30-45
minutes.
