In a large skillet melt butter or margarine over
medium heat. Add onion and garlic, saute until
transparent. Add spinach and continue cooking over
medium heat, stirring constantly until spinach is
limp. Add shrimp, bacon and keep stirring until all
ingredients are piping hot. Sprinkle each serving
with Parmesan cheese as desired.
