     Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients
2 lbs Sausage, uncooked
1 1/2 c baking/biscuit mix
16 oz shredded cheese
1/2 c onion
1/2 c celery
1/2 tsp garlic powder
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. Sausage cheese balls can be frozen uncooked. For a firmer texture, add an extra 3 c baking/biscuit mix and an extra 2 c shredded cheese to ingredients above.
