Combine flour, sugar, magarine and nuts and pat into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350o for 15 minutes. Cool.
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip and spread on cooled crust.
Mix for 2 minutes and spread over last mixture. Spread rest of Cool Whip on top. Garnish with nuts or cherries if desired. Refrigerate before serving. Dessert may also be frozen.
