1 Coat 2 circular metal pans with non-stick cooking spray. Place a small handful of cheddar cheese over the bottom of each metal pan.

2 Slice the ham into smaller bite size pieces and divide in half, placing half into each pan. Slice olives into 3-4 rings each and place evenly into each pan.

|
3 Beat 8 eggs briskly. Divide evenly between the two pans. Bake in oven at 375 for about 12-14 minutes. Sprinkle cheeses over the top and return to oven for 5 more minutes on same temperature, until cheese is fully melted.

|
4 Let stand/cool for 1-2 minutes. Serve with toast/jam.
