Make the stuffing according to its directions. Then
mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing
bowl. Make into small patties, not more than 1/4 cup
of meat for each one.
Heat up some olive oil and cook the burgers until
golden brown (usually no more than 2 minutes a
side). Have them rest under some tin foil for about
five minutes to continue cooking.
Serve with a generous layer of the cranberry sauce,
with or without the small buns.
