     Butter Herb Baked Fish

Ingredients
1/2 C. butter
1/2 tsp. each basil, oregano and salt
2/3 C. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. perch fillets
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350o. Melt butter in a 13 x 9 inch pan in preheated oven. Meanwhile combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, herbs and garlic in shallow dish. Dip fish fillets in butter and then in crumb mixture. Arrange fish in baking pan and bake in the center of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes with a fork.
