In a deep frying pan, heat the oil to medium. Add the sliced
onions and cover for 5 minutes. Stir and saute slowly until
the onions are golden brown and caramelized. This will take
at least 20-30 minutes.

In the same pan, saute the mushrooms and walnuts until the
mushrooms are browned and crisp.

|
Crumble Tam Tam crackers into food processor. Add
mushroom/onion/walnut mixture. Process until you have a
smooth consistency. Add the boiled eggs whites; do not over
process. Salt and pepper to taste.

|
Refrigerate for several hours. Garnish with chopped parsley.
