     Quick Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 can of sliced peaches or pears or mandarin oranges (WIC foods)
1 banana sliced (WIC food)
1-2 apples with peel and diced into bite-size pieces (WIC food)
1/2 cup of any kind of berry (WIC food)
1 cup any kind of melon, cubed (WIC food)
Or any other fruits on hand (WIC foods)
Orange juice (WIC food)
 

Instructions
Pour canned fruit and its liquid into a bowl. Add other fruits and stir to coat with liquid. The liquid will keep the other fruits from turning brown. Add some orange juice if there is not enough liquid to coat the fruits. Chill before serving.
