Preheat oven to 350F.
Melt brown sugar and butter in saucepan until thick.
Pour into 9x13 pan.

|
Place slices of bread in caramel mixture.
|
|
|
|
Beat together the rest of the ingredients.
Pour over bread.
|
|
|
|
Bake for 40-45 minutes uncovered.
Can be made ahead.
