     Blueberry Cobbler Bars

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
3.5 cup White Lily flour
1.5 tsp salt
3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
3-5 TBSP COLD water
4 cup frozen blueberries
1.5 cup sugar
1 cup White Lily flour
1/4 cup butter
small bit of cream, half and half, or milk

sugar for sprinkling
wax paper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Stir flour and salt together with fork. Lightly beat oil in just until combined. Add water until dough is consistency or heavy playdough.
Make into 2 snowballs, one larger than the other. Press rolled out dough into bottom of 9x13 and partway up the sides. Gently mix together the frozen blueberries with sugar and cup of flour. Pour into pan.
Cut up butter and place on berries. Take 2 pieces of wax paper. Put dough between 2 sheets and roll out keeping most of pressure in the middle so the ends don't split. Roll out and put over top of pan. Pull off wax paper.
Vent crust, brush with cream/milk/half and half. Lightly sprinkle with sugar. Bake.
