     Canadian Egg Casserole

canadian bacon
swiss cheese
parmesan cheese
1 egg
heavy cream

Preheat oven to 400F.
Line 9x13 pan with canadian bacon. Layer with swiss cheese.
Crack the egg over bacon slices. Drizzle heavy cream over egg, excluding yolk.
Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
