     Potato Soup

Ingredients
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped celery
4 TBSP butter
4- 15 oz. chicken broth
4 cup dried red potatoes
2 cup half and half
instant potato flakes
bacon
shredded cheese
 
green onions
Instructions
Saute onions and celery. Add chicken broth, potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add half and half and heat until warm. Add enough potato flakes to desired consistency.
