     Spice Cookies with Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients
1/5 cup butter, softened
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup molasses
4 cup flour
2 eggs
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cloves
 
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
18 oz. can pumpkin pie mix
2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2-1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4-1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add molasses and mix well. Combine remaining cookie ingredients, (excluding dip ingredients) in separate bowl and then add to creamed mixture. Mix well.
Chill overnight. Preheat oven to 375F.
Roll into balls and roll in sugar. Bake for 6 minutes or until edges brown. Let cool 2 minute son sheet then remove from sheet.
Beat cream cheese. Add pumpkin pie mix and beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth.
