     Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
2- 16 oz. cans pineapple chunks
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup grated Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Drain pineapple slightly, leaving some of the juice. Combine flour and sugar and add pineapple and cheeses. Mix well and put in a casserole dish.
Top with crumbs and drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and crisp on top.
