1 lb ground beef
|

4 cups tomato juice
|
|
1-2 cans black beans
|
|
1 can red beans
|
|
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
|
|
1 tsp cilantro, fresh if possible
|

2 cups frozen or fresh corn
|
|
1 (4 oz) can green chiles
|
|
3 tsp salt
|
|
|
|
1 can diced tomatoes
|
|
1/2 tsp adobe sauce
|
|
homemade taco seasoning
|

|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Brown the beef, drain, add 1/2 cup water and taco
seasoning for 3 lbs if beef. Stir and let simmer
until water is absorbed.

Add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for an hour or
more.

Suggestions |
|
Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeño slices, and tortilla chips. Garnish with fresh cilantro & lime wedge.
