     Mexican Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
4 cups tomato juice
1-2 cans black beans
1 can red beans
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 tsp cilantro, fresh if possible
2 cups frozen or fresh corn
1 (4 oz) can green chiles
3 tsp salt
 
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp adobe sauce
homemade taco seasoning

Instructions
Brown the beef, drain, add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning for 3 lbs if beef. Stir and let simmer until water is absorbed.
Add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for an hour or more.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeño slices, and tortilla chips. Garnish with fresh cilantro & lime wedge.
