     Aunt Paula's Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup very soft butter
2 eggs
Dash of salt
Cinnamon
 
Sugar

Instructions
Blend all ingredients together. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together. Roll the balls in the mixture until covered. Place balls on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Flatten the balls out a little bit once placed on the cookie sheet if you would like it. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Let cookies cool about 10 minutes and then dip them top down in the mixture.
