Prepare cake mix and bake in 9x13 pan. The
deeper the pan the better. Chocolate Mousse-
Pour the milk into a mixing bowl, hand whisk while
slowly adding the pudding and thoroughly mixing
after each addition. Add cool whip slowly and
thoroughly mix. Cover the mixing bowl and
refrigerate overnight. Assembly- Mix together
heavy cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk
and set aside. Once the cake has cooled
completely, poke holes in the top of the cake...all
over. Pour the three milk mixture over the cake
completely, cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
The next day take the chocolate mousse and cover
the top of the cake with a thick layer. You can
serve immediately or refrigerate for a few days. The
longer the cake sits the better it gets.
