     Scalloped Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 c melted butter
1/4 c evaporated milk
1/4 c grated carrots
1/8 c chopped onion
1/2 can chopped green chiles
5 drops Tabasco
 
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Bake in 8 in casserole sprayed with Pam at 350 for 30 minutes.
