     Caramel and Chocolate Delight

Ingredients
2 boxes Dulce de Leche Girl Scout cookies
1 c butter
2 c sugar
3 c sifted flour
3 t baking powder
1 c milk
4 eggs
2 t vanilla
12 oz bag of mini semisweet chocolate chips
 
1 jar hot fudge topping
1 jar caramel topping

Instructions
Oven to 350 degrees. Crumble both boxes of cookies in a ziplock bag, set aside. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Combine butter, sugar, flour and baking powder in mixing bowl. Add milk and mix until creamy and smooth (3-4 min). Add eggs, beat and add vanilla. Pour 1/2 the batter into pan, then add a layer of chocolate chips, and 2/3 of the bag of crumbled cookies. Pour in the rest of the cake batter. bake 45-50 min. Let stand until cool to the touch, then flip our onto a decorative plate, and let cool completely. Heat jar of fudge topping and drizzle over cake. Drizzle caramel topping over cake. Sprinkle remainder of crumbled cookies over the top of the cake.
