     Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
2 lbs ground chuck
2 large onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 - 15.5 oz cans chili-style beans in chili gravy
1 - 15 oz can light red kidney beans
1 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 - 14.5 oz can beef broth
1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
 
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
OPTIONAL;
Shredded cheese
Corn chips
Sour cream
Sliced green onion

Instructions
1) Brown ground chuck with onion and garlic until onion is tender; drain and transfer to a greased 5 to 6 quart slow cooker. Stir in chili beans, kidney beans, crushed tomaties, diced tomatoes, broth, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, cumin and black pepper.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with optional toppings.
